Ms. Beatrice Heming

Beatrice Heming is a consummate professional with over twenty years of experience in administration and project management. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed diverse, multi-functional teams and delivered strategic solutions that drive organisational growth and operational efficiency.

Currently serving as the Director for Consumer Affairs at the National Communications Authority (NCA), Ms. Heming provides strategic direction on consumer protection, engagement and education. In this role, she leads initiatives to enhance consumer awareness, resolve disputes, and contribute to consumer policy formulation in the communications sector. Prior to assuming this position in March 2025, Ms. Heming served as the Director of Administration, where she provided strategic oversight for infrastructure projects, property and asset management, and administrative operations.

Over the years, she steadily rose through the ranks and successfully led the planning and development of major infrastructure projects, including the construction of the NCA Head and Zonal Office Buildings. She also improved organisational health and safety policies and modernised corporate offices to enhance productivity. In addition to her professional achievements, Beatrice has actively contributed to numerous planning committees, industry conferences, and advisory boards.

Ms. Heming holds a Master of Business Administration (Project Management) from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA). She is also a double graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon with a Master of Arts in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religions. She has further honed her skills through specialised training in regulatory policies, telecommunications, quality management, and leadership development across prestigious institutions such as the Harvard Business School, USA, Public Utility Regulatory Centre of the University of Florida, USA, United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), USA, Institute of Public Private Partnerships (IP3), USA, Neotelis, France, RIPA International, United Kingdom and African Centre for Professional Development, South Africa.
